PRODUCTS

TIANMA offers a wide range of TFT LCDs for many applications and markets. Some modules are optimized for wide viewing angle (SFT), others for use in bright sunlight (transflective/high luminance). Again others are optimized for long LED lifetime or to withstand against large shock an vibration. Several surface options can be chosen: Clear, antiglare or antireflective. Most of the modules have a replaceable backlight.

AUTOMOTIVE

TM-line

TIANMA is one of the leading suppliers in the automotive market. TFT LCD modules for automotive applications are manufactured according to the specifications of our customers. Please contact us for more information.

INDUSTRIAL

TM-line             NL-line

The size of industrial modules is between 2.2 and 18.5 inches. The lowest resolutions are supporting QVGA (240×320) and the highest ones FHD (1920 x 1080). Interfaces are ranging from CMOS to LVDS and eDP (embedded Display Port). Almost all modules can be provided with PCAP (Projected Capacitive Touch).

MEDICAL

NL-line

The modules for medical/monitor use are from 18.5 to 30 inches, resolutions include SXGA (1280 x 1024), FHD (1920 x 1080) and WXSXGA (3280 x 2048). Both color and monochrome versions are available.

SFT EVT TOUCH ADAPTIVE DESIGN COLORXCELL 3D DISPLAY

What is SFT (Super Fine TFT Technology)?
SFT is a technology from NLT, enabling a wide viewing angle without
significant change of brightness or colour. Viewing angles of typically
88 degrees in any direction can be achieved.

The technology behind SFT:
In many LCD panels the electric field (the “switching voltage”) is applied 
to the cells in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the panel.
The liquid crystals are aligning in the same direction. Brightness and
colour are changing with viewing angle.

In SFT panels the electric field is applied parallel to the surface.
The liquid crystal molecules align parallel as well. There is no
dependency of brightness or colour from viewing angle.

Advantages from SFT:
Large viewing angle without significant change in brightness or colour.
Stable gray scales over viewing angle.
