The SID Mid-Europe Chapter Conference, an annual highlight in the international information display sector, was successfully held in Göttingen, Germany, from November 3 to 5, 2025.
Under the theme “Emissive Displays: OLED, microLED, and beyond – Technology, devices, markets”, the event brought together leading scientists, engineers, corporate representatives, and academic researchers from across the global display industry to explore the latest trends and future directions in display technologies.
Leading the way in innovative display technologies
As a leading player in the display field, Tianma participated in the conference showcasing three highly innovative technology demos, demonstrating the company’s deep expertise and forward-looking vision in the Mini-LED, OLED, and Micro-LED sectors.
13" L-shaped Concave AM-OLED
TIANMA’s 13-inch L-shaped concave AM-OLED display attracted significant attention with its unique curved design and outstanding performance parameters. With a resolution of 2560×1440, a PPI of 227, and a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1, along with a color gamut exceeding NTSC 103%, the display delivers an immersive visual experience. Its wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +85°C) and high reliability open up broad prospects for high-end applications such as automotive electronics.
7.05" Transparent Micro-LED
The 7.05-inch ultra-narrow border transparent Micro-LED display, offering a peak brightness of 5,000 cd/m², 60% transparency, and a border width of less than 0.1 mm, demonstrated advanced design and manufacturing precision. With this technology, Tianma aims to further expands the potential applications of Micro-LED in fields such as automotive displays and HUD systems.
15.6" Ultra-Thin Narrow Border PM Mini-LED
Tianma also presented the 15.6-inch ultra-thin narrow border PM Mini-LED display. Utilizing CSP (Chip Scale Package) technology, the display features 1,196 dimming zones, an NTSC 100% color gamut, and a brightness of 1,000 cd/m². With its slim profile and narrow borders, it offers a new solution for the high-end display market.
